We begin by offering an on-site consultation with our Managing Director, Phillip Girardot, and then we provide a guideline estimate on price.
Using that information, we prepare an obligation-free concept design and firm quotation.
Philip will then present you with these documents and discuss the design concepts with you and your family.
Upon your acceptance of our firm price quotation, we will prepare the architectural plans, specifications and contract documents ready for your final approval.
The plans will then be submitted by us to the necessary authorities and we will monitor their progress.
When all approvals have been obtained, Philip will organize your construction team and personally supervise all work carried out in order to achieve completion in the most efficient way.
