- – We begin by offering an on-site consultation with our Managing Director, Phillip Girardot, and then we provide a guideline estimate on price.
- – Using that information, we prepare an obligation-free concept design and firm quotation.
- – Philip will then present you with these documents and discuss the design concepts with you and your family.
- – Upon your acceptance of our firm price quotation, we will prepare the architectural plans, specifications and contract documents ready for your final approval.
- – The plans will then be submitted by us to the necessary authorities and we will monitor their progress.
- – When all approvals have been obtained, Philip will organize your construction team and personally supervise all work carried out in order to achieve completion in the most efficient way.
